You swallowed your truth - again.

stop rehearsing

the comeback

Three nights on what happens within you when someone's words stab you — why one moment you’re fine and the next you’re spinning out. You’ll learn the sequence of how you get hijacked and the steps to get back on your emotional feet in minutes instead of hours or even days. You’ll even get the exact words to say when you'd normally freeze up and go silent.

Something triggers you and you start to spiral — you feel your face getting hot. There’s a knot in your throat. Your heart is racing. Your stomach is turned upside down. Time seems to have stopped and every good comeback is gone, then back at 3 a.m., fully formed with nowhere to land. The co-worker who comments with a tone, the boss who quickly dismisses your idea in a staff meeting, the sibling who teases you and then criticizes you for not being able to take a joke — all of it lands like a sucker punch. They’re all long gone by the time you find your words.

You’re not dumb. There’s nothing wrong with you. You’re human, and you live in a human body that is wired to scan for danger — it's designed to keep you alive. The problem is it can’t tell the difference between turning a corner and coming face to face with a giant grizzly bear, and opening an email from your boss that says “we need to talk immediately.” Shame is felt in the body the exact same way danger is, and not training it to recognize the difference is creating a life of chronic exhaustion.

It’s built into your biology, which is why you can't confidence your way through it. Logic and willpower aren't available to you mid-cut, and nothing you say in that state is going to improve the situation. You don't need more confidence — you need space to get more perspective.

You need a protocol your body can run when your thinking brain has left the building.

what we do

in the room

night one

the origin framework

Every one of us was born a blank slate. The blueprint of who we become is handed to us throughout childhood, and the stories and belief systems about who we should — and shouldn’t — be are poured right into our foundation. Shame is mixed into the bedrock of our formation.

In session one, we get clear on the definition of shame: what it is and what it is not. We dive into the anatomy of shame — how it's built — and its programming — how it works. You'll walk out knowing how to hunt for the shame that's been parasitically living off your joy for your entire life.

night two

demystifying shame

The most dangerous version of ourselves is the one who speaks while we're in shame. Having a tried-and-true protocol is the safest way to keep from saying or doing the thing you end up regretting later.

In session two, we connect the dots between the external stimulus, the internal belief system, the thinking brain, and the biological response. Shame is the electricity running through your nervous system, wiring it all together. You'll learn its programming, how it hijacks your entire system, and the pattern interrupts that let you regain control before you crash out. You'll walk out knowing shame's secret playbook.

night three

the gameplan

Knowing how shame works is half the battle. To win the war, you need an arsenal.

In session three, we bring everything together and learn the core, tried-and-true moves that build real resilience to shame. You'll walk out with a full understanding of what shame is, how it works on you, and a protocol you can put into practice immediately.

the part that sets you free

The sting you are avoiding has a ninety-second life span. Any pain you feel after that is you re-cutting yourself with thoughts.

ten moments

we run live

These are the conversations where women go quiet. For each one: why the freeze happens, what staying silent is costing you, and the words to say instead.

Someone talks over you in a full room.

the freeze that makes you invisible

Your partner does the same thing for the fourth time.

speaking up feels like risking the relationship

A parent says you always put yourself first.

the oldest freeze there is

Your boss corrects you in front of the team, and they're wrong.

public correction stacked on top of flooding

A friend calls in crisis again and never asks about yours.

fawn — being needed mistaken for being valued

You're asked to take on something you have no capacity for.

"should" is shame's favorite word

Someone tells you that's not what happened, you're too sensitive.

gaslighting goes after your own perception

Someone you trusted breaks it.

grief layered with threat

A relationship has run its course and you have to say so.

where the most women go silent

Someone says "you've changed" and means it as a criticism.

this is for you if

  • You go quiet in the moment and furious three hours later.
  • You've read every book on this and still freeze.
  • You say yes when you mean no, then do it resentfully.
  • You over-explain a boundary you already have.
  • You want the actual words, not another framework.

this is not for you if

  • You're after zingers/comebacks that win arguments. This is the opposite of that.
  • You're not willing to hear some uncomfortable truths.
  • You're in the middle of something that needs a therapist, not a coach.

Jane Pak

Jane Pak is an 8X CEO/President who most recently built a nine-figure business from scratch and then watched it get taken from her. She has been hailed for her accomplishments by the same people who insulted and attacked her character when she refused to compromise her integrity. Even when it meant the difference between keeping and losing everything she had. Jane spent 48 years hustling for her worthiness until she lost over $100M of personal net worth. Only then was she faced with the last and final decision to once again abandon herself to preserve her hard-earned identity or stand firmly in her value and, for the first time in her life, fuse permanently with her self-worth.

What she learned on the way up, and on the way out, is that the skills deciding what happens in a boardroom are the same ones deciding what happens at a kitchen table — and almost nobody teaches them plainly. She works with women who are competent, capable, and still going silent at the exact moment it counts, using this rule: if it costs you any part of who you are, you will never stop paying the price.

what happened

to them

Jane's coaching offers a structured yet refreshing way to understand yourself, along with the inspiration and practical guidance to rethink and rebuild the beliefs and mental models that shape your life. Jane herself is an icon. She has a rare ability to truly see you and guide you forward with honesty, compassion, and no judgment.

Lan T.

This session gave me something I've struggled to find through years of therapy, reading and personal development work: a practical way to actually hear and trust myself. I left feeling deeply connected to myself, with tangible tools I can actually use and a much clearer understanding of who I am and what I need. It was emotional, incredibly insightful and genuinely transformative.

watch one of you

get coached

VIPs get access to an additional private hour session for only $99. You watch a full 1:1 coaching session, live — one person's real situation, worked all the way through — then stay for Q&A.

Watching is its own education. You'll recognise yourself in someone else's freeze long before you recognise it in your own, and you'll see what Jane actually asks to get underneath it.

VIPs can submit their issue for the hot-seat session — one is selected each night. If that's you, come ready with the conversation you've been avoiding.

before

you ask

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Camera on, camera off, in your car with the engine running. You do have to be there.

Is this therapy?

No. This is skills work on shame resilience — what to do in the moment, and what to do with what the moment shows you afterward. It sits alongside therapy well. It doesn't replace it.

I'm not in business. Is this still for me?

Yes. The person who gets talked over at home is the person who gets talked over in a board meeting. Same playbook, different room, no title required.

Will I have to share something personal out loud?

Only if you want to. Shame can't survive being spoken, so speaking helps — but you can do every exercise privately, on paper, and still get the whole thing.

What if I can't make one of the nights?

[Confirm.] Come to the ones you can. Each night stands on its own, though they build.

Refunds?

[Confirm refund policy before launch.]
